A quiet, comfortable cat-only boarding experience designed to help your cat feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for during their stay.
Boarding Rates
Standard Room
$30 + tax per night for 1 cat
+$10 per night for each additional cat
Maximum 2 cats per Standard Room
Large Room
$100 per night
Suitable for up to 6 cats
Long-Stay Discounts
Stay 15 nights or more and receive 15% off.
Stay 30 nights or more and receive 20% off.
Final pricing is calculated based on the length of stay, number of cats, room type, and any applicable long-stay discount.
Reservation & Deposit
Boarding reservations are subject to room availability.
After your reservation request has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, a $100 refundable deposit is required to hold your room.
The deposit is separate from your boarding charges and will be refunded when you pick up your cat at the end of the stay.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Submitting an online reservation request does not guarantee a room until your reservation has been confirmed by Meow Club.
Boarding Waiver
Once your reservation is confirmed, a Boarding Waiver will be sent to your email for electronic signature.
The waiver must be completed before check-in.
Vaccination Requirements
To help keep all cats safe and healthy:
- Cats must have valid, up-to-date vaccination records before check-in.
- Expired vaccination records are not accepted.
- Cats must be free from skin conditions and other contagious illnesses.
- A basic health check may be performed at check-in.
- If your cat has any chronic conditions, requires medication, or has special care needs, please let us know in advance.
Boarding Information
Our boarding area is monitored by 24/7 cameras, so you can check in on your cat during their stay.
We also provide daily photo and video updates so you can see how your cat is doing.
Cats are given time to come out and play separately, helping them feel more comfortable and reducing unnecessary stress.
Food & Supplies
You are welcome to bring your cat’s own food and litter, or purchase them from our store.
Food bowls and litter boxes are provided free of charge.
If your cat has a specific feeding schedule, dietary requirement, or medication routine, please let us know before check-in.
Drop-Off Time
Available drop-off times can be selected when making your boarding reservation.
Our regular boarding drop-off appointments begin from 12:30 PM onward.
If the available time slots do not work for you, please contact our team. We may be able to arrange a different drop-off time depending on availability.
Payment
No payment is required when submitting your boarding reservation request online.
The $100 deposit will be collected after your reservation has been confirmed.
The remaining boarding balance is paid when you pick up your cat at the end of the stay.
Late Pick-Up / Stay Extension Policy
If you need to extend your cat’s stay, please contact us by 5:30 PM on the same day so we can arrange feeding, supplies, and overnight care.
Requests made after 5:30 PM may still be accommodated depending on availability, but an extension cannot be guaranteed.
If you are running late or unable to pick up your cat at the originally scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
